			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, so we don&#8217;t have frost on the lawn in a St. Petersburg October.  Some of you who come from the north might miss that little sign of Fall&#8217;s arrival.  But we did have a couple of nights last week where we dropped into the high 60&#8242;s at night, and that&#8217;s enough to tell me that Fall is on its way!</p>
<p>I was driving east on 22nd Avenue this morning, on my way to preview a home on Snell Isle for a client.  A couple of blocks past First Street, I spotted this display in someone&#8217;s front yard.  This is a <strong><em>sure </em></strong>sign that we&#8217;re on our way to Fall!</p>
