In downtown St. Petersburg last weekend, there was activity everywhere! At Vinoy Park, the 2010 Cajun-Zydeco Crawfish Festival. A few blocks away, at the Museum of Fine Art, the tenth annual “Art in Bloom” exhibit, which I’ll post on later in the week. And all through the streets, consctruction equipment moving concrete barriers into place for the Honda Grand Prix, coming to the streets of downtown St. Petersburg the weekend of March 26th – 28th. According to the Grand Prix website, for the first time since the event debuted in 2005, the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg will feature five classes of motorsports racing through the streets of downtown St. Petersburg. If you like action, buzz, people, excitement, and speed, speed, speed, make it a point to come to see the Grand Prix!
