I have responded to Arline via email, as she requested, but I’m also posting this information here for anyone else who might want it.
I just did a little bit of quick research, and it looks like the organizer, or at least one of the organizers, is a woman named Andrea Hamilton. You can reach her at 727-643-7189. Garden plots rent for $25 per year for a 50 square foot plot.
You should be able to get more information from Andrea.
